Workouts are just 30 minutes and ready when you are, and meal planning takes about 10 minutes a day using simple guides and grocery lists. Just plug what you're eating into your personalized nutrition targets.
And friend, let’s be real—life isn’t slowing down. You have to decide your health is worth prioritizing. Most of my clients actually gain time—shorter workouts, simple meals, and more energy to tackle their day.
Can I keep my current workouts and just follow your food cycle?
Friend—If your current routine was truly working, you wouldn’t be here looking for a new solution. This program is designed as a complete system—our workouts and nutrition cycle work *together* to maximize fat loss and teach your body to burn fat instead of glucose.
I recommend following the workouts prescribed in your personal plan for at least the first few weeks. If you have workouts you love, we can incorporate them, but we’ll need to adjust your food cycle to ensure you’re fueling properly to get the best results.
Will I be fasting daily?
The FASTer Way to Fat Loss includes intermittent fasting, but it’s not one-size-fits-all. Your fasting window—is based on your health and hormone intake form and is done is a safe, effective, appropriate manner.
**What we aren’t doing is skipping meals. You’ll eat 3-4 full meals per day—period. This is about eating enough in a focused time frame, versus grazing from 5 AM to 11 PM. We’re moving away from constant snacking and teaching your body to thrive on real, balanced meals that optimize fat loss, energy, and overall health. Nothing scary here!
